Working full time in technology consulting and looking to make my first deal and start earning passive income. I don't have any experience yet, but have been saving avidly for my first down payment. I'm interested in house hacking a duplex or triplex in San Diego, or other markets that are more affordable for a newbie investor. Experience: I helped my parents find their first house when I was 11 years old. Property appreciated and my parents ended up making a 200% profit on their investment. That's not my investing style though. I'm looking for cashflow. Real Estate Goals: Build passive income through real estate to generate enough income to cover monthly expenses. Interested in buy and holds in markets outside of California Currently Seeking: Cashflow-focused investors in lower-priced markets in SoCal, or out of state investors with properties in Little Rock, AR (or surrounding areas)or Lynchburg, VA.
