Peter Volk

Investor, Real Estate Broker, father and grandfather. I bring twenty five years of sales experience, excellent customer service and a commitment to work hard, listen and follow through. I strive to provide quality service to build relationships with clients and more importantly, maintain those relationships by communicating effectively. In previous roles, I have been responsible for overall leadership, growth, direction, cash management and strategic planning for a number of projects, and we know how to maximize positive outcomes for all of the parties involved in the transaction. I consult with many real estate professionals, attorneys, architects, civil engineers, surveyors, financial institutions, investors and contractors to verify design studies, plans and cost estimates; this experience makes me effective in studying and evaluating real estate property, raw land and/or remodeling projects for residential or commercial use. I am a North Carolina native and I was raised in Hendersonville in Western North Carolina. After attending college at Valparaiso University and living in Chicago, IL for a few years, I moved back to North Carolina and settled in Charlotte in 1997. During my time here I have seen great changes and a lot of real estate opportunity. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, home remodeling projects and volunteering in my local community. Susan and I have a particular interest in supporting organizations that provide free dental care in the Metro Charlotte Region.
