I am a newbie in the field and am super thirsty for knowledge. I have come to realize that passive income is the way to grow. My degree is in business but field of practice is in education. That simply means that I am willing to learn all that I can from all sources that I can in an effort to achieve my goal of retiring off the passive income that I will one day generate (speaking it into reality!) An optimist that learns from mistakes, I am in this for the long haul and am super excited about what I have learned and can contribute already. By practice, I have come to appreciate the relationships developed when you give back knowledge that you acquire with experience. I see that in full action on BiggerPockets and look forward to continuing the process.
