Managing Member of Panama Development Partners and Certified Building Contractor for Millirons Construction Co.. I am looking to do Joint Ventures with infill property investors. My goal is to take vacant lots and put the best use on them. Spec development is the strategy at the moment and as I continue to grow eventually do build to rent. As a Contractor I serve others in Residential New Construction/Remodels and Commercial Tenant Buildouts/Remodels.
