Peter Halm

I started out as an urban planner focusing on inner city redevelopment in Australia. A move to Los Angeles in the early 90s led to the establishment of a successful graphic design business working with the biggest names in entertainment. I developed a passion for remodeling was able to buy, rehab and sell multiple properties for a profit over the past 22 years. I have extensive experience in project management, zoning, code compliance, permits, and inspections and having fun along the way. Now moving more into the multifamily arena and syndication, I love seeking value-add opportunities and optimizing investor returns while creating a better environment for tenants.
