Flipped/Rehabbed 1-2 properties/year since 2013. Have done >1M in real estate transactions. Looking to build wealth and financial independence through BRRRR method and long term holds (SFH rental properties). I hope to have >10M in real estate transactions in the next 5 years. I'm very handy; I have family who are contractors and am friends with other investors/landlords. I have a great network, but always looking to connect with other experienced REIs. Real Estate Goals: I only purchase properties that need work so I can apply the BRRRR method; Goal is to expand SFH rental portfolio and retire early (hopefully by 50!)
