Experience: Not so Newbie Investors. My strategy has been buy and hold on value added MFs in Fresno CA since 2015. I am temporarily pulling from Fresno as the cash flow number doesn’t make sense to invest there. I am looking into Ohio for 4 to 8 units MF to evaluate the rental market.
