Started in 2012 with a Owner Occupied Three Family House. Now co-own four muti-family rental homes in the Black Rock section of Bridgeport. Looking to learn how to expand from here by raising capital and learning about different types of lending outside of conventional. Also looking to absorb as much knowledge as possible about flipping and eventually give it shot!
