Experience: I've been investing part time for three years, and have house-hacked an affordable living situation, successfully bought, rehabbed and rented a few single family buy-and-holds, and got my feet wet in small multi-families with a 4-unit res/comm property on a nice commercial corridor. I've used private money, FHA finance, and partnerships to fund cash purchases. I am now looking to scale up through direct mail marketing to generate more leads, and through the BRRRR strategy to keep acquiring additional rentals. Real Estate Goals: Build wealth and financial freedom and have fun while doing it. I am a buy and hold investor focusing on cash-flowing SFR and small MF properties currently in transitioning neighborhoods within the City of Philadelphia. This year I plan to focus on systems.
