And our property management company lowers rental expenses by getting things repaired for far less and a far better job. As a property management company we keep properties compliant with State, City of Philadelphia and Federal Regulations and increase landlord property owner's bottomline. Besides owning and managing Grow Property Management, I also actively invest in real estate. How can I not? Real Estate Investing is awesome!
