I work with investors and landlords with holdings in the Las Vegas metro. I've been in Vegas since 2006, and I still don't miss the cold even when watching the Packer games. Experience: I have 10 years under my belt in the real estate appraisal industry. I started in the Detroit metro, and founded Dwyer Home Appraisal in 2006 in Las Vegas. During that time I earned the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute. Looking to leverage my appraisal experience, I became an active agent and property manager in 2011. Now I help investors buy single family homes throughout the Vegas metro but predominately in the Henderson and adjacent areas. Many of my clients live out of state. Several have done 1031 exchanges to sell older properties and move the money into newer properties here in Nevada. Real Estate Goals: 1. Make 2023 a personal record year in sales volume. 2. Help 2 new BP members a month acquire or sell real estate. Currently Seeking: 1. Introductions to buyers and sellers of real estate in the Henderson market. 2. Introductions to PM firms in SoCal and Bay Area.
