About myself
I am a note investor (non-performing and performing) and Realtor (Charles Rutenberg Realty) based in Tampa, FL. I am looking to connect with other note investors and note sellers here on Biggerpockets and elsewhere. I have a few websites set up through Investor Carrot: www.StJosephBuysHouses.com, www.StJosephRealtyTampa.com, www.StJosephNotes.com
