I’m new to this. I've started the Winston Improvement Network as my company. I am currently working on my NYS RE sales license (mostly for the education and documentation of training). I plan on starting with Wholesale then mixing in flips/rentals,eventually land development and ultimately commercial rentals for steady cash flow and financial freedom. I currently work in the smart home integration business and have worked closely with contractors for 20+ years. My father was a property manager for a family estate in upstate NY and taught me about repairs and maintenance. My father in-law is a 3rd generation home builder. I live in Westchester but plan on doing work in Sullivan and Westchester and everything in-between. I’ve just begun my research into real estate investing and as I learn more I’ll ask more for now I’m just observing and taking in as much as I can.
