I have recently come across wholesaling real estate in my search for financial freedom. I am a newbie to real estate. I have come across a little money and I will like to help you by finding deals. I am very energetic and action oriented. I have worked 10 to 12 hours a day making minimal financially and educationally, working for unsatisfying jobs. I will like to offer you my time and energy so that together we can form and build an achievement driven relationship as friends and business partners. I am looking for a selfless mentor that can find the benefits in teaching and motivating another into a financially, prosperous career. Experience: I am a newbie with no experience in real estate. I have thought about it in the past but never looked into actually working in the industry until now. Real Estate Goals: My real estate goals are to start by wholesaling to produce a cash flow. I then want to purchase a multi family home to live in and rent out for passive income. Eventually I will like to add multiple multi family homes to my portfolio in and out the state Geoegia.
