Military veteran; dad and husband with a full time job working for Uncle Sam. I was a 50/50 partner in a mortgage company with seven brokers working for us during the pre-bubble era in 2005 until the big burst. We were accidental landlords up until June of 2016 when we sold our Florida property. We bought our first flip property in 2016 and sold it in 2017. Our goals are to build a solid buy and hold portfolio and continue to flip houses. We really enjoy real estate investing and we are having a blast doing it!
