Phil Black Established Assured Property Solutions in 2007 a real estate investment company specializing in SFH flips. Over the years APS and a partnership company Bota Investments have acquired a SFH, multi family and commercial rental portfolio of 50+ properties. In 2020 Phil Black Established a private lending company Highpoint Capital along with a sister company Quick Home Buyers NJ to help bridge the gap for fellow investors and their needs for access to capital and good solid investment deals.
