Phillip Tillotson

I'm an IT Professional for a managed services provider. I taught myself trend trading with a goal of paying off my truck. I was able to do that in 1 year. I have spent a couple months training/learning with Bill Gulley. I am currently in the process of developing my business plan. The company will be focused on deals that best benefits the investors. Once I have enough of my own funds I plan to do section 8 housing. I would really like to be able to improve my community through this initiative.
