I am a UCD ChemE graduate currently learning about real estate investing. I plan to save up for 12 months for a down payment on a rental property within the West Sacramento and surrounding area. I will use the next 12 months to absorb as much information as possible and hopefully will be ready by June 2021! I would love to connect and learn from everyone on here.
