Pierson Tedeschi

My name is Pierson Tedeschi and I am a real estate investor in Miami. After diving in to commercial brokerage straight out of college, I learned enough to get me into my first deal. It was a triplex in a great area of Little Havana in Miami, FL The property came into my life at the right time as a house hack because rents have been steadily increasing down this way. After 1 year of house hacking where my expenses included electric, water and maintenance (debt covered by rent) I decided it was time to finish up renting out the property and let it run on its own. Currently looking on and off market for flip opportunities. I’m hesitant but ready to move if I find the right deal. I love to over-analyze and I think that has lead to missed opportunities. I because a pro member to help cut back the over thinking and have great resources at my fingertips so I can grow.
