Currently my husband Jason and I have 75M AUM totaling at 850 doors. We have moved from NJ to TN and we are loving it! We have not hit that 2020 goal yet but we are working towards it everyday! June 2021: About to close two more deals and sell another! 2020: The year of Aloha, Growth and Simplicity: Closed on another Large Multifamily in KY while selling our first acquisition from 2017. ALL IN JANUARY. 2020 is a big year and I am expecting huge growth... Our Goal is 450M in assets under management. 2019: The year of Focus. Started the process of shutting down our Wholesale and Flipping company. Sustainably growing our Multifamily portfolio while stopping all business in the single family realm. Sold a few single family properties retail. Partnered up on another syndication in Atlanta. 2018: Close on two more apartment buildings, also under our asset management and helped some friends by partnering on another large asset in Texas. Also took on a few retail buyers... 2017: Sold our holdings in Indiana to the investor that sold them to us for a hefty profit (cash flow on those properties were awesome but we didn't want to scale in that market) Closed on our first Large Multifamily: a 94 unit in Louisville KY. (Syndicated, Asset Managed) Hit 800K in profit that year but also a super hard year because we were now ramping up three Real Estate Businesses while running our family construction company. Ending of 2016: Ramped up our Flipping and Wholesaling business and joining a mastermind to do so. Discovered Large Multifamily Investing. Found awesome mentorship! Both programs were found through BP! Started a Podcast! ... September 2016 - We have two other projects under construction (one is a beach house in Manasquan and the other is a flood zone property in Cranford) Our two B&H properties in Indiana continue to pull in an ROI of approx 20%. I have closed on five other properties for my clients! AND we're expecting our second child in less than TWO WEEKS! 2016 has been AWESOME! And it's not done yet! January 2016 - I have two flips in rehab (I will be listing one by the end of the month and the other will be on the market before summer) and two going on four rental units!!! I am currently helping a few investors realize their goals of financial freedom and LOVING LIFE!!! July 2015 - I have relocated to North Central New Jersey!!! Driven to succeed for my new family. Since I last posted here I had my son! Nothing drives a person better than family! I have a year of knowledge under my belt and am looking for more! January 2014- I am taking the 75 hour pre-licensure next month. My family has been in the contracting business with a concentration house moving/raising company for about 30 years. Real Estate Goals: September 2016 - 4 Units out of 10 at and ROI of 20%. I am at 5 closed transactions with four more in the works. My goals have gotten bigger! My husband and I have taken on a larger goal of attaining 100 units before the end of the year in the shape of large multi and apartment building investing. We will meet that goal!!! January 2016- GOALS: 10 Units by the end of the year that are at least 12% ROI and cash flow at least $150 - $200. FIFTEEN CLOSED TRANSACTIONS! This could be ANYTHING in RE. Buy and Holds, Flips and or properties closed for other investors!!! July 2015- UPDATE- I am closer to my goals!!! I am working with two investors right now. I am always looking for the smart deal. I am reaching out to other INVESTOR AGENTS to work with, work for... sit in the corner and watch them work... February 2015- My goal this year. Work with at least 5 other investors who want access to the mls and who are willing to teach and or learn this business with me! That deal below fell through. My family did pick up a rehab in Union Beach NJ and are currently working on it. March 2014- We have just put an offer on a bank-owned property. My goal - right now - is to learn as much as I can, get my real estate license and help take my families company to the next level. Our plan is to purchase, renovate and sell. Currently Seeking: A smart deal.
