Thanks for having a look! My name is P.J. and I'm an entrepreneur-aholic. I love to start businesses, learn all about new things and then leave them partially unfinished (joking, mostly... Thank God for partners!) My interest in real estate started before I went off to college, grew stronger as I graduated and entered the workforce and flourished by the time I bought my first investment property. I was able to quit my job a few years into my career by building a real estate business part-time. I have been a full-time investor/business owner since 2014.
