My name is Peter Moser and I have been infected with the real estate bug since I was mowing lawns at my parents' rentals. After I graduated from the United States Merchant Marine Academy in 2009 I moved back home. I began saving money and soon bought my first investment property in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I believe creating wealth through real estate is the best way to secure an independent financial future and even more importantly, I enjoy doing it.
