I own a 2 flat in Logan that we bought a couple years ago to house hack. I'd say I'm interested but not rushing to expand my real estate portfolio so most of what's on my mind these days is the management side of the equation. I ran design for Avail for a long time, so am fairly well versed in a rental unit's lifecycle.
