I live outside of Cleveland and have always been interested in Real Estate. It was first a career for me and then a hobby after I changed careers. I am refocusing on real estate as a hobby and have been using the BiggerPockets community to learn quite a bit about real estate investing. Experience: I worked for 7 years for a company that primarily invested in fix and flip properties, changed careers and am now reentering the market on my own. I recently purchased my primary residence in my city and am investing in Lake County to start my own flipping company. We recently closed on our first property and I am excited to get started! Real Estate Goals: My goal is to renovate neglected homes in my community, I love restoring homes and doing hands on work as well as providing quality to new homeowners. Our focus is on quality and hopefully will make a profit along the way to continue to invest in other properties. Currently Seeking: I am interested in investor partners and mentors. I am just starting on my own and every dollar counts. ALl of my capital has come from myself so far and in the hopes of moving more quickly I am always looking for investors, and great deals. I am also mindful of the value of having a mentor and would love to meet and network with other like minded investors in my community.
