I am passionate about all things real estate. I have been working in commercial real estate asset management for over 30 years. I am an active investor having owned and managed property renovations, flips, J.V's in mixed use and small multi family and as an LP in several syndications of multi-family & industrial deals in the U.S. My day to day expertise is in asset management and due diligence for both institutional and private equity owners and operators in both Canada and the U.S. I manage large portfolios spanning over 3 Million square feet and have strong background in project management, leasing and property management. I'm looking to increase my footprint by acquiring multi-family in key growth markets and areas where yields are attractive like the Mid West and SouthEast U.S. My hands-on experience coupled with a track record of knowing how to analyse and evaluate is key to knowing what makes a property worth the investment. I'm ultimately looking to find partners who can bring a complimentary skillset, capital and want to build and scale a real estate portfolio-let's talk and see how we can bring value to one another and potentially work together. I've learned and practiced that doing things as a team gets far better traction, results and with fewer headaches than trying to be a one man show. My goals are with real estate are to build a stream of income that will enable greater stability and freedom for my family over the medium long term and provide generational wealth for my kids.
