Peter Laurina

Software Engineer, and AirBnb Super Host, I love to swim, bike, and run.. sometimes in all in the same day. I work from home in the software field, so during the warmer month's I #WFB (Work From Boat) on Wednesdays. I have been "house hacking" by renting a room in my house on Airbnb for about a year and a half. I am just finishing up a renovation on the downstairs of the same house that is creating a 1 bed/1bath efficiency with a separate entrance to rent out on Airbnb as well. I am also just starting a renovation on a 2 bedroom house in Bearden. I do everything with cash, but I'm not opposed to a large commercial, non-recourse loan for the right opportunity. Otherwise, I'll stay the tortoise: limit risk and minimize the amount of property management I have to do while I work a full time job.
