I spent over two decades earning income as a transportation engineer. In 2017 I changed careers and am a Business Transition Specialist with Murphy Business and Financial. Since my first real estate investment in 2010, I have been a part time investor, mostly buy and hold muli-family. I do some hard money lending out of IRA. Have wife and three kids. I want to serve others and build passive income.
