My husband and I currently own and manage properties locally. I am always looking for the next deal for myself or my clients! Experience: I am a licensed Realtor in Texas, an oportunistic buy-and-hold investor (I LOVE getting to do renovations!), passive investor in syndications. We currently own multiple cash flowing properties throughout Williamson and Travis County. Since I can't buy all the deals myself, I specialize in finding and analyzing investment properties for local and out of state investors to find the right properties for their individual goals. My team uses data driven analytics to identify exceptional properties whether my clients are buying their first home, investment properties to fund their retirement, or luxury vacation homes or rentals.
