Polly Gage

Hi! I'm Polly. I live in Portland, OR with my husband where I have managed a multi-family property for the last 5 years. My husband has a regular 9-5 job that is pretty flexible, and my managing gig is a pretty sweet deal (rent credit, paid utilities, plus a little salary ;). I love managing (not every does as I've discovered - I think it takes a certain personality) and would totally do it forever if i could, however we will outgrow our 2 bedroom apartment in the next few years so it can't last forever. We recently became very interested in real estate investing and are just getting our feet wet. I've learned quite a bit from my supervisor and even the owner of the property I manage, and am diving deeper in the learning process. We are in a position to buy our first property and we are just excited and ready to learn as much as we can, and meet whoever we can in the process!
