I am an investor. I purchased a single family dwelling in Oshawa, Ontario and converted it to a legal duplex. I am now looking for another property to convert to a legal duplex. I would also like to get into multi-family properties. I have done a few flips but would rather work on buy and holds. I am looking for a like minded person to partner with as a JV partner.
