I'm a retired civil engineer who opted to leave the rat race in order to solve problems on a more personal level. My engineering and construction background taught me about development and land values. It was also all problem solving, usually for municipalities. In real estate I solve problems for individuals and thus develop stronger, more personal and satisfying relationships.
