Pete Perez

My background is in Mechanical Engineering and my day job is in that field. I work on commercial mechanical projects in the PNW centered around energy conservation - (Steam distribution systems, Central plant cooling systems, lighting, and building automation control systems). I am a deep thinker and that is tremendous in my day job, and at times VERY disadvantageous with respect to real estate. My strength is that I understand the big picture, but I do struggle with getting lost in the details. My real estate career got derailed a few years ago, and I am now in a place where I can pick back up where I left off. I own a duplex in Renton WA and it needs a lot of work, and I need a lot of help with planning and executing the repairs.
