I started to invest at 18. I began by buying 1-2 rentals a year, which morphed into 1-2 rentals and 1-2 flips a year. As the process snowballed, I now rehab 25-30 properties a year and have a rental portfolio of 40 single family homes, a 9 unit apartment, and a 17 unit apartment. I have worked on hiring a team and developing systems and processes in order to make operations scalable. At this point, I am looking to flip properties in the suburbs of Detroit to investors looking for a turnkey investment.
