Preston Zimmerman

I am a Technology Education teacher with 15 years experience. Classes taught include Construction, Woodworking, Drafting, Arch Design, Manufacturing, Welding, Machining and Engineering. My degree from UW-Stout is Technology Education, with an emphasis in Construction and Architectural Design. During college I worked as a Project Manager for Menards. I am married and have six beautiful children. Flipping, construction and construction advising is something that I do on the side. I would do it full time but I love my day job to much. Regarding my flips- I pay cash for them. I used to do all of the work on my projects but now I act more as a project manager which has greatly reduced my input per property. Working on building a business vs a second job. Starting August 2020 I decided to go into rental investing using the BRRR strategy. As of December 2021 I now have 9 units in 5 different cities. I also started up an LLC with a business partner- Freedom Investing LLC.
