I'm a real estate investor in Northwest Florida specializing in Mobile Homes and Mobile Home Parks. I'm looking to grow my holdings to 250+ mobile homes within the next 5 years. I am actively investing in the Southeast U.S., from Atlanta to the Northern Gulf Coast. I'm open to partnering on deals with other experienced or new MHP owners/investors. I am looking for long term cash flow and focused on buy and hold acquisitions.
