I’m Priyanshu (Pri) Adathakkar, a licensed commercial Realtor with OwnerLand Realty and the CEO/Founder of PRI Consulting. Based here in Ohio, I bring nearly 15 years of commercial real estate and property transaction experience to the table. My primary focus is across the Midwest market (especially Ohio), where I specialize in complex commercial underwriting, debt structuring, asset repositioning, and adaptive reuse strategies—specifically turning underperforming hotels and office buildings into workforce or middle-market senior housing. Unlike the traditional brokerage model, I operate under a fiduciary-first, commission-free consulting structure (flat-fee/retainer). This allows me to provide completely objective, data-driven analysis to my clients without the conflicting incentives of a standard commission.
