I am originally from Staten Island, NY and moved to NJ in 2008. I now live in Holmdel. I obtained my Real Estate Salesperson license in 2016. My education and professional background is Mechanical Engineering and Medical Device product development. I have been in the Project Management/Product Development space for 19 years. Experience: I am a licensed Real Estate salesperson actively looking for buy and hold or flip properties. I recently used profit from a rental we sold to fund my first flip. I have bought, renovated, and sold multiple homes as primary residences as well. I have experience remediation all kinds of issues with homes including termites, oil tanks, water damage, mold, and bad plumbing and electrical issues. Real Estate Goals: I want to buy and hold properties for cash flow and long-term equity growth so that I can retire using the passive income from my investment properties. Currently Seeking: Deals!
