I have always been interested in investing in real estate. Looking forward to learning every single day. I have been licensed in 17 different states as a loan originator. I know a few investors, and have connected with some hard money lenders as well. I think the best route for me to get started in RE investing would be to buy & hold for rental, and Fix & Flip. My business partner and I reside in the Inland Empire region of California.
