About myself
I currently live in San Jose with my partner. I am originally from upstate NY and moved to SJ in 2012. I'm looking to jumpstart my real estate investing business by finding off market SFR to wholesale to cash buyer (flippers & landlords). I would like to sell to my fellow Bay Area investors, but the market is tight here. So I will be starting to flip in remote markets to build up some cash for eventually buying some rentals for myself.
