Knowing that I wanted to start generating passive income in order to create a better future for my self and my family, I determined investment properties was the way to go. That being said, I recently jumped into the RE scene with both feet and acquired my first investment property which is a four-unit row home in 2016. Experience: Current Wisconsin Real Estate Broker I have quickly grown to understand that if my goals are not big enough to scare me, they're too small. That being said, as I develop as an REI investor each and every day, so do my goals! Initially I set a goal to purchase 3 properties within 8 years.... After realizing how slow that growth truly is, my goals have jumped to 50 units within 15 years.... Completed Experience 3/16 - (4 Units Purchased) First rental property purchased - House Hack 1/17 - (1 SFH Purchased) Second property purchased - House Hack 3/18 - Illinois Broker License OBTAINED 2018 - Looking for capital partners motivated to grow in Northern IL and Southern WI 2019 - (1 SFH Purchase) 2019 - Wisconsin brokerage license acquired 2022 - SFH rental acquired 2024 - Looking to utilize equity to close on another 8-20 doors.
