My wife/partner and I own, an Insurance Agency along with Tenant Watch. We offered a One Stop Shop service offering in Alaska where we provided landlords and property managers a "cradle to grave" service offering providing landlords with the tools they need to conduct background checks / tenant screening on potential tenants, property management, buying and selling, eviction services including judgement recovery solutions to recap moneys owed by tenants. We come alongside you, the landlord, property manager etc, to provide a tool kit with products and services you need to conduct the most proficient background checks and real estate services possible; with the goal to keep you profitable and whole. We continue to help with the background checks and tenant screening but have moved to the Camas/Vancouver, Washington area to take over an Insurance Agency where we provide auto, home, life and disability insurance services. We have insurance tools which can be leveraged allowing investors to be their own lenders which create TAX FREE future income! We are using our all experience to create strategies that will benefit everyone we work with so they too can benefit from what we have and continue to learn as real estate investors. Experience: Tenant Watch has been helping landlords since 1991 we pride ourselves in being small enough to care and large enough to service your national background check needs. My partner and I are both licensed real estate licensees in the state of Alaska and have been landlords since 2007. We are working on adding the rehabbing segment to our portfolio as we look for properties to improve and resell starting in Anchorage, Alaska. Our "One Stop Shop" approach to assisting our clients allows us to service all the needs a landlord might have. Online applications, rent collect, online background and credit checks, evictions and judgement recovery services are limited to Alaska however the process is similar throughout and to understand the process we can work with you in your area as we develop our expansion.
