Been investing in Real Estate since 2003. In 2017 I acquired a real estate license in AZ. I have done a dozen seller-financing deals which included fix and flips, buy and sell with lease options and mortgage wraps. These days I am a real estate marketing specialist for Lucky Duck Realty, a Real Estate Brokerage in Scottsdale, AZ and PRServices AZ, LLC, the investing side of my real estate business. I am currently positioned for both retail and investing sides for the upcoming crisis. My goal is to be prepared to help as many homeowners in these trying times. I have a strong desire to help distressed property owners both commercial and residential. My long term goal is to build a mortgage note portfolio. Prior to that I was a computer programmer for 16 years with a bachelor degree in Computer Science. Experience: I have been involved in SFR investing since 2003. I bought most of my properties using some form of creative financing. Sourcing properties for SFR and commercial real estate investors. Real Estate Goals: To help investors acquire their next investor property through my wholesaling activities. Build a mortgage note portfolio for my retirement income. Networking with other real estate investors. Currently Seeking: Active Real Estate Investors, Cash Buyers, Private Money Investors. I would like to network with other wholesalers, REO and other asset managers. Also looking to connect with multi-family investors.
