Parker Stiles

Parker Stiles was born in 1990, and raised in Athens, Georgia by his parents, Barry & Karen Stiles. He has 1 younger sister, McCall Stiles. In 2009 he moved to Kennesaw, Georgia for college, until graduating from Kennesaw State University, in May of 2014 with a Business Management degree. Parker started his real estate journey as a Commercial Agent in the Industrial sector, serving tenants, as well as landlords. After a short time in the Commercial Agent world, Parker became restless, and began building a business on his own, fix and flipping and wholesaling single family houses. He planned to reinvest those profits into rental real estate, to effectively "escape the rat race." In roughly 18 months, Parker accomplished this goal by replacing all his monthly expenses with passive income. In January of 2015 he launched his company, Barrington Acquisitions, which now continues to grow in two markets: Atlanta, GA and Charleston, SC. Parker also holds a small commercial portfolio, consisting of industrial & office, single, and mutli-tenant space, which he plans to grow in the years to come. Some of Parker's interests away from work include: hunting, snow skiing, mountain biking, spending time at his family's house on Lake Burton, Wakeboarding, staying in shape, and spending time with his wife, Casey. Long term, Parker plans to create a nation wide, residential and commercial real estate empire.
