I spent 20+ years working with institutional investors primarily focused on advising them on how to allocate their assets and recommending investment strategies and firms in which to invest. I have advised clients ranging in size from $100 million in assets to over $40 billion during my career but have always had a strong interest in real estate investing. After seeing the success of our first investments in 2007, we have been steadily building a multi-family rental portfolio. The continued success of our real estate investments have allowed me to exit my day job to focus on real estate and other ventures full time.
