My primary focus is on value-add single-family and small multifamily opportunities, with strategies that include renovation, expansion, and operational repositioning. I am also actively targeting larger multifamily assets (60–100 units) and mobile home communities as part of a long-term portfolio focused on scalable, workforce and affordable housing solutions. I’m actively sourcing deals and building relationships with lenders, private capital partners, and other operators who are aligned with growth, strong returns, and impact-driven investing. Active member of BPM REIA, consistently engaged in local deal flow and investor relationships. I’m also focused on maintaining high standards, consistent growth, and scaling opportunities over time.
