I spent over 30 years in title insurance, searching and examing title to real estate, underwriting real property transactions and handling title insurance claims throughout the U.S. when problems with the transaction or title came up. I supervised litigation being prosecuted or defended by attorneys retained to represent insureds of the company I worked for. I invest in property and secured notes with a discounted purchase price because of title problems.
