Daniel Rubin

In 2008, I decided I no longer wanted to throw away thousands of dollars a year in rent and purchased my first three unit property in Boston. I rented out two units while living in one which covered my entire mortgage and expenses allowing me to live for free. In 2010, myself and business partner, Ray Hurteau formed HRV Homes with a focus on multi-unit development while at the same time building our rental portfolio. We are currently investing and developing in the greater Boston area and continue to network and more importantly, learn as much as we can about investing and developing in real estate.
