Doing Air BNBs close to downtown Indianapolis Experience: 4 years buy and hold. 3 months fix and flip. Real Estate Goals: To make money of course. Eventually I want to fix and flip 3 per month, but not there yet. Currently Seeking: What I need most: 1) more hours in the day 2) good financing 3) always need good deals (on any house that has ARVs of > 50k and is not in an area that has just doubled in price in the past 12 months or ARVs > 250k where the repairs are less than 1/3rd the ARV)
