Quintin “Q” Grant

What’s up BP! My name is Quintin Grant but I am known to many as simply Q. I was born and raised in Bronx, NY. I am a NYS Licensed Realtor and the co-owner of Access GRANTed LLC. My experience in being both an investor and realtor provides me with ability to find and analyze on and off-market deals quickly and efficiently. My wife and I started Access GRANTed to give life long residents of neighborhoods undergoing gentrification the opportunity to stay in these neighborhoods via affordable housing and other resources. We also go into less desirable neighborhoods and look to beautify these neighborhoods to display their true value to residents, investors and businesses. I am looking to connect investors, realtors, contractors, property managers and any other like-minded individuals. Feel free to PM me.
