I am a new real estate investor so far I been investing in small multifamily units (2 or 3). I invest primarily the Detroit area I currently have done 5 deals and working on deal number 6, I manage all of my properties myself. I am looking to connect with other investors to learn some new things and expand my business over the next several years.
